Adrian McGrath, RMS dies at 89 in Hot Springs Hot Springs - Sr. Mary Adrian McGrath, RSM, 89, a mainstay in Catho- lic education in the diocese for 53 years, died. May 13. A native of Newfoundland, Canada, she entered the Sisters of Mercy at Mt. St. Mary Convent in Little Rock on Oct. 2, 1922, and made profession of her religious vows of Sept. 2, 1925. During her career, she taught in Horida and Oklahoma as well as in Catholic schools in Arkansas, where she was both teacher and principal. In 1976, she retired to St. Joseph Convent of Mercy in Hot Springs, where she served in the Pastoral Care Depart- ment and taught Christian Doctrine in St. Mary parish.
